A competitive advantage, or competitive differentiator, is something that your company can do that would be extremely difficult for a competitor to replicate. Things like quality, pricing and dependability are not advantages or differentiators because, for the most part, they are easy for a competitor to replicate and clients regard them as “table stakes” – meaning they are basic expectations of working with someone in your industry. 1. Flexibility
  2. Innovation
  3. Velocity
  4. Intellectual Property
