UNBOUND 2026 Networking Events: The Sessions and Meetups We're Excited About in Boston

Written by Taylor Partridge | Sep 12, 2026, 11:52:59 p.m.

UNBOUND 2026 sold out, and with over 200 sessions that cover every GTM corner, including how to use AI best from strategy to execution to unified customer experiences, we’re drooling over the conversations waiting to happen.

Our team, Taylor Partridge, Simona Kovac, Mathieu Belangér, Evens Sheehy, Nicolas Brien, and Benjamin Lannegrand are gearing up for Boston, MA with a specific 4-day plan.

If you’re curious how we picked our sessions to make the best use of our time, why we’re excited to arrive a day early to catch HubSpot Partner Day 2026, and what two networking events we wouldn’t miss outside the main agenda, read on.

But, if you need to back things up a minute because you don’t even know why INBOUND rebranded to UNBOUND, hop over to this explainer. It’s a great “what is” primer for one of the most influential go-to-market conferences on the planet with more than 13,000 attendees and 50 high-profile speakers, including headliners like Tom Brady, Cynthia Erivo, Mel Robbins, and astronaut Suni Williams on the main stage.

Beyond the Keynotes: The Sessions We Wouldn’t Miss

With almost too much choice, it’s impossible to attend every amazing session. So save yourself a few hours and copy our thoughtfully-researched multi-day calendar.

Here are the best UNBOUND 2026 sessions for marketers, and who picked them. It’s a top-five list with a couple of not-to-miss extras, including one just for Canadians.

1. Agent Hub: Put Agents to Work Across Your Customer Journey | HubSpot Heroes Stage with speaker Adam Cuzzort Wed Sep 16, 11:00 AM ET

You’re experimenting with AI agents, but you don’t know how to measure the output. HubSpot's Agent Hub is a control center for managing agents, and Agent Builder and Breeze Assistant work inside the same platform that already holds your customer data.

This is Nicolas Brien’s priority session:

"Last year we saw the agents. This year I want to see them in production: what Breeze actually does inside a client's day-to-day, and what it costs in credits to run it."

2. The Decision Engine: How to Build a CRM That Drives Action | Deep Dive with Hannah Fisher and Chris Grant Wed Sep 16, 11:00 AM–12:30 PM ET

CRMs store information, but they don't make it obvious what to do with it. HubSpot turns your data into decisions, connecting what your CRM tracks to what leadership cares about.

Nicolas picked this one, too:

"For a RevOps person, the most exciting thing isn't the flashiest feature. It's whether the data underneath gets unified enough for AI to be trustworthy."

3. Winning AI Search: Close the Gaps That Cost You Customers | Education Session with Dale Bertrand Wed Sep 16, 11:00–11:45 AM ET

AI takes seconds to answer questions that shape buyer decisions. But how does AI choose what website content gets surfaced (and trusted)? And what can you do to be more visible considering AI-driven traffic converts 27% of the time into sales qualified leads?

Nicolas is watching this session for structural AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) tips that win more visibility and share of voice at the LLM. Find out how to get quoted directly.

"Search is changing faster than most companies' content strategies. I'm looking forward to seeing how HubSpot helps brands show up in AI answers, not just on Google, because that's the question our clients ask us every week."

4. Build an AI-Driven GTM Engine (Step-by-Step) | Deep Dive with Summer Vanderhoof Wed Sep 16, 11:00 AM–12:30 PM ET

Teams bolt AI to isolated tasks, but what if you could redesign the GTM engine itself, map your own workflows live, and leave with a blueprint for pipeline, speed to lead, and conversion?

At her first UNBOUND, Taylor Partridge is looking to soak in everything she can that UNBOUND promises: "I'm especially excited to learn new GTM tactics, explore better ways to incorporate AI into how I think and work as a marketer, and ultimately keep my finger on the pulse of where marketing is heading as we look toward 2027."

5. HubSpot Lab: Loop Foundation — ICPs and Segmentation | Academy Lab with Romana Handlova and Jenn Sanchez Wed Sep 16, 11:00 AM–1:00 PM ET

AI generates content at scale, but scale doesn’t necessarily care about relevance. Breeze Assistant builds a real ICP from your data and turns it into a ready-to-activate HubSpot segment. This is a practical session for client segmentation.

And that’s some sessions were looking forward to at UNBOUND 2026.

Notice that three of five session tie back to RevOps and AI search? Getting clear on how to generate revenue from marketing, sales, and client success with the help of AI is the best way to spend your time at UNBOUND.

HubSpot's advantage has always been the CRM under every smart decision, and we'd rather spend our conference hours on specificity that sharpens how we use it than on broad stroke inspirational marketing basics.

Canadians at UNBOUND Meetup 🇨🇦

The Canadians at UNBOUND meetup puts Canadian customers, partners, and True North HubSpotters in one room. This is one of the two UNBOUND 2026 networking events that we built our week around, and there’s a good reason why: agency partners Parkour3 and ThinkFuel Inc (that’s us!) are co-hosting this exclusive luncheon with HubSpot Canada. We’re giving Canadians a place to network, grab food, and connect with fellow Canadian business peers.

As a proud north-of-the-border HubSpot Elite Partner, this is where we'd be even if we didn’t host it and write a dedicated blog post about it.

The meetup runs Wednesday, September 17, at 12:15 PM ET at Lord Hobo Boston brewery, a short walk from the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center. Come on out and meet our team as well as HubSpot's Mark Penfold, Senior Manager, Customer Success Management, and Country Manager for Canada, Chris Brown.

Space is limited, and RSVP is required.

Let us know you’re coming with the sign-up link before you land in Boston.

Frankly, it’s the easiest place in Boston to meet the Canadian faces most of us only know from Slack threads and quarterly HUG calls. It’s time to put names to faces. This is the room for it.

HubSpot Community Champions & HUG Leaders Meetup

This is the second must-attend UNBOUND 2026 networking event.

It's open to members of HubSpot's Community Champions program and HUG (HubSpot User Group) Leaders. It's a smaller invitational built for problem-solving. Plus… there’s swag!

Session reservations are required this year, which is new: confirm your spot through the UNBOUND session catalog and avoid that awkward feeling when you assume you can walk in like you own the place.

We're not attending this one as guests.

Evens, Nicolas, and Taylor lead the Canadian HUG, so this HubSpot Community Champions meetup is how we show up as active members of the community HubSpot built, not vendors working a booth.

Where to Find Our Team

There are thousands of attendees and it isn’t easy to know where to find HubSpot partners at UNBOUND. So let’s make it intentional.

Catch us at the Thomas M. Menino Convention Center from Sept 15 to 18. We’ll be on the main conference floor at HubSpot Partner Day 2026 on September 15, at the Champions and HUG Meetup, and The Exchanges (HubSpot's always-on networking gig running alongside the session schedule).

We’ll also be at the Lord Hobo Boston Brewery on Sept 17 at 12:15 PM ET for the Canadians at UNBOUND Meetup, co-hosted by yours truly.

We’re friendly solutions partners who nerd out at this conference and we’d love to meet you and gab our GTM-lovin’ faces off.

About 1.7 miles down Summer Street, roughly a 30–35 walk

If you’re after more than a passing hallway hello, message us on LinkedIn before or during the event.

Can't Make It to Boston?

We're offering a rundown of what we absorbed in our hand-selected sessions, plus a straight answer on which announcements you should act on for your HubSpot setup.

As a HubSpot Elite Partner, we want to share what we learn in every client conversation, so that's what we'll bring back.

Frequently Asked Questions

What networking events are happening alongside UNBOUND 2026 sessions?

Beyond the main session agenda, UNBOUND 2026 includes curated meetups, Braindates, and The Exchanges, HubSpot's continuous networking format running throughout the conference. It also includes community-run gatherings like the Canadians at UNBOUND Meetup and the HubSpot Community Champions & HUG Leaders Meetup that sit outside the main published schedule (and promise to be worth your time).

What is the Canadians at UNBOUND Meetup?

It's an informal meetup for Canadian customers, partners, and HubSpotters attending UNBOUND 2026. Co-hosted by HubSpot's Mark Penfold and Chris Brown along with ThinkFuel and Parkour3, it runs Wednesday, September 17 at 12:15 PM ET at Lord Hobo Boston, a brewery near the convention center. Space is limited, and you have to RSVP ahead of time.

Who can attend the HubSpot Community Champions and HUG Leaders Meetup?

It's open to members of HubSpot's Community Champions program and HubSpot User Group (HUG) Leaders, and it's built around networking and granular problem-solving. For the t-shirt collectors, there’s awesome swag. Unlike prior years, RSVP is a must for 2026. Confirm your spot through the UNBOUND session catalog now.

Is UNBOUND 2026 still open for registration?

Nope. UNBOUND 2026 is officially sold out. If you didn’t get a ticket this year, book a post-event debrief with our team to get the goods about what we learned. Also note that you can join the 2027 presale list for early updates so you don’t miss it next year.

How do I find ThinkFuel or Parkour3 team members on-site?

We'll be at Partner Day on September 15. From Sept 16-18, catch us at the Community Champions & HUG Leaders Meetup, throughout the main conference floor, and The Exchanges (all at the Thomas M. Menino Exhibition Center). On Sept 17, we’ll be at the Lord Hobo Boston brewery for the Canadians Meetup (~30 min walk from the Exhibition building). The fastest way to lock in a specific time rather than hoping to cross paths is to reach out with a direct message on LinkedIn.
